Spirits Bottle Reorganization on a Saturday Morning

You know those weekend mornings, however few, when you wake up early naturally & have a burst of energy?

Somehow, I used mine this morning to do a little reorganizing of spirits bottles, mainly to be more strategic & economical in the use of storage space and to have a designated cart for open bottles (on top, at least) only, the number of which I try to limit at any one time, mini bottles for tastings excepted. Moderate but good success.

This was necessitated because I’ve pretty much used up my already limited cabinet space not taken up by kitchen tools like pots, pans, dutch ovens, extra glassware & dinner ware, dishes, plates, utensils, knives, storage containers, etc. I have one designated deep cabinet for bottles & another with bottles & a bunch of other unrelated things. There are a few shorter bottles in the back of another cabinet behind pots, Dutch ovens, & mini bottles of cooking wine I use when I cook my late Nonna’s Sunday Sauce (sugo) + some spirits shipping boxes on the floor received gratis from some kind shops.

The work (will/may) continues (gradually). Maybe.
