COCKTAIL SERIES: Crème de Cassis Lemon-Lime Margarita
  • 2 ounces freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • 2-3 ounces of Blanco Tequila (or Reposado, if desired)
  • Drizzle of Crème de Cassis to taste

Shake everything but the Crème de Cassis in a cocktail shaker over ice & then pour over ice. Drizzle in the Crème de Cassis to taste & stir with a bar spoon.

The lemon & lime mixture makes for a brighter, more interesting Margarita, in my opinion. You can cut down on the amount of lemon and lime juice if you wish to make smaller cocktails.
