Produced at distillery Autentica Tequilera (NOM 1502) located in Los Valles, Jalisco by master distiller José Valdez, Tequila Partida Reposado uses Blue Weber agave that is at least 6-years-old and is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV). The agaves are cooked in low-pressure autoclaves for 24 hours and the aguamiel is extracted using a roller mill before being fermented using natural yeast in stainless steel tanks. The tequila is 2x-distilled in stainless steel pot stills. The reposado is aged for around 6 months in ex-bourbon American White Oak barrels only recently emptied of bourbon.
The Lot (lote/batch) of reposado under review is TPA-207-LA.
