NATO Blackberry-Maple-Bourbon Smash
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz bourbon of your choice (I wanted more prominent oak this time)
- ½ oz of crème de mûre (blackberry liqueur)
- a few dashes of Fine Sève Maple Eau-de-Vie (Québec-made Aged Maple Syrup Eau-de-Vie aged for 2 years in Oak barrels)
- 2-3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
(1) Combine everything in a shaker & shake until well chilled with ice.
(2) Strain/pour over ice in a glass.
