New Scotches in the Home Selection to Close 2025

I’m still exploring peated scotches, so didn’t pick up anything too crazy in terms of peat level (phenol parts per million/ppms).

I’ve spent about a year exploring lightly peated scotches, mainly Highland Park 12 Year & Oban 14 Year – I know the ppms are low but for those new to peat (namely me), it still takes time to acclimate.

After much thought and receiving helpful recommendations from some folks I know very experienced with peated scotches, I’ve decided to finally jump in like I did with agave spirits (& that turned out very well).

Small steps.
