New year, new day, new set of samples for two colleagues & their spouses – Exploring some rye whiskies this time – Based on their interest, I selected my first rye whisky, Minor Case (a 4-year-old rye finished for 6 months in cream sherry casks) and an older bottle of Sagamore Spirit Double Oak Rye (a 5-6-year-old blend of 2 MGP-sourced ryes finished in a second toasted barrel to bring out more wood sugars).
