*2 to 3 ounces of blanco/plata tequila of choice (which one you choose will affect the finished product; You can use less tequila if you like.
-I like using Mijenta blanco because of its unique floral notes mixed with the sweetness of the cooked Blue Weber agave & baking spices/cinnamon, citrus, & olive notes.
*1.5 to 2 ounces of fresh lime juice (to taste)
*100% Blue Agave nectar to taste
*Sparkling mineral water (whichever brand you prefer)
Shake all of the ingredients well (but not too long) in a cocktail shaker with ice. Serve in a tumbler or other type of glass (as you prefer) over fresh ice and enjoy. I find that shaking the ingredients briefly but vigorously combines them much more seamlessly and makes for a more enjoyable cocktail, though I do also like regular Ranch Waters.
