Siembra Azul Blanco, made under the supervision of master distiller Sergio Cruz at distillery Feliciano Vivanco & Associates (NOM 1414) in Arandas, Los Altos, Jalisco for Siembra Spirits of David Suro;
*Blue Weber agaves from NOM 1414 proprietor Sergio Vivanco’s agave fields cooked in a stone/brick oven (horno);
*Lead harvesters/jimadores Silverio Aceves & José Luis Serrano (normal jima, characteristic of traditional tequila production);
*Roller Mill extraction of the aguamiel;
*Fermentation in steel tanks with classical music playing for the yeast (Mozart Method) / Champagne yeast used for fermenting;
*2x-distillation in copper pot stills
