
Crème de Cassis Mule
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz gin (I used MurLarkey Imagination Gin)
- ½-1 oz of crème de cassis (to taste; I used closer to 1 oz instead of ½ oz)
- 3-4 oz of ginger beer (I used Fever Tree)
(1) Combine the lime juice, gin, & crème de cassis in a glass.
(2) Top with the ginger beer.
(3) Add ice & stir with a bar spoon or the knife used to cut the lime.
